Meanwhile The National dispute claims cannabis "may soon be legal in a certain part of Edinburgh Castle".
Meanwhile The Herald front page reports on the bus crash in Ayrshire on Monday afternoon, and also thousands of women sharing £100m after a row over equal pay.
