Sarah Palin has cancelled Donald Trump campaign stops after her husband was involved in a serious snowmobile crash.
Todd Palin was hospitalised on Monday after the "very serious" accident in Alaska on Sunday night.
His wife, the 2008 Republican vice-presidential candidate, left Mr Trump's campaign in Florida to be by her husband's side.
Mrs Palin, a former governor of Alaska, endorsed front-runner Mr Trump in January.
