Four gunmen have reportedly opened fire on guests at a hotel in the Ivory Coast popular with Westerners.

Video taken by a witness showed seven people lying on the ground following the attack at the L'Etoile du Sud hotel in the beach resort of Grand-Bassam.

It is unclear if anyone has been killed.
