Police are continuing to investigate an attempted bank robbery in Bedfordshire.
Police are continuing to investigate an attempt to steal a cash machine from a bank in Bedfordshire - using a farm loader.
The front of the Santander branch at Hockliffe Street in Leighton Buzzard was badly damaged during the ram raid at about three o'clock this morning.
It is not yet known if the thieves managed to get away with anything.
The road was closed while officers carried out investigations at the scene.
