Man is accused of hurling the three-and-a-half foot reptile at staff at a Wendy's in Florida.
A man has been arrested for allegedly throwing an alligator threw the window of a fast-food restaurant.
Joshua James, 23, is accused of hurling the three-and-a-half foot reptile at staff at a Wendy's drive-thru in Florida in October.
He is said to have carried out the prank after finding the reptile on the side of the road.
He was arrested recently after fresh CCTV emerged, and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of an alligator.
The alligator was later released back into a candal.
His mother told NBC affiliate WPTV that her son was playing a prank on a friend who works for the restaurant.
