An 11-year-old girl who had her Christmas and birthday presents stolen has asked her burglar to "have the guts" to return them.

Burglars stole her iPhone, laptop and a family heirloom when they broke into the family home in Doncaster a week after her birthday.

Now Paris Mulholland has written to the burglars, saying "I can no longer sleep in my own bed".

She told Good Morning Britain she feels like she could now control her feelings about the burglary now that she had written the letter.

"I felt like I had much more power once I'd written the letter to them," she said.

The thing she really wanted back was the gold watch, handed down to her from her great-great-Aunt, adding "it was hers when she was younger and I wanted to keep it as a collection for both of us but now I can't so I feel like I've lost a part of me".
