A teenager who went missing from the Stirling area has been found safe and well.

Kayleigh Gordon vanished after getting off a Stirling to Glasgow Queen Street train on Saturday.

She disappeared after leaving the station through the Dundas Street exit.

Police grew concerned for her welfare and appealed to the public for help in finding the 15-year-old.

Officers confirmed on Thursday morning that she has been found safe and well in Glasgow.
