Nursery owner 'seized, dragged and restrained four-year-old boy'
Lesley Bothwell, 55, is to stand trial accused of assaulting the boy at her nursery in west Fife.
The owner of a children's nursery is to stand trial on a charge of assaulting a four-year old boy while he was in her care.
Lesley Bothwell, 55, from west Fife, appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Friday.
Solicitor Advocate David Allan defending, pled not guilty on her behalf and trial was set for next month.
It is alleged Ms Bothwell assaulted the four-year old on July 2 last year at a nursery in Edinburgh by repeatedly seizing him by the body, dragging him from under a table, forcing him on to a chair and restraining him there.
